This website is a few static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. This policy says what little data is processed when you visit, and what happens when you write to us.
ZingfulTech GmbH, Moosstrasse 13, 8134 Adliswil, Switzerland, operating under the Khaonix brand. Contact for anything in this policy: kees@khaonix.ai.
The site is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland. Like every web server, theirs records each request in a log: the address of the page, the time, the IP address of your device, the browser type, and the page you came from if your browser sends it. We use these logs only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse. They are kept for a short period by Infomaniak and are not combined with any other data. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Swiss Data Protection Act; art. 6(1)(f) GDPR where it applies).
No cookies are set. No analytics, tracking pixels, advertising or social media scripts are used. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google or anyone else. Your browser contacts no server other than ours when you view these pages. Because nothing is tracked, there is no cookie banner and nothing to consent to.
The contact links on this site open your own email program; there are no forms. If you email us, we keep your message and our reply for as long as the conversation and any resulting business relationship require, and delete them afterwards. If you send us documents for a baseline or a pilot, their handling is governed by the agreement we sign for that purpose, not by this policy; see the Security and privacy page for how the product treats documents.
Articles are published on Substack (keeswichard.substack.com). Substack is a separate service with its own privacy policy, which applies as soon as you follow the link. The same holds for any other external link on this site.
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to the address above. If you are in the EU or EEA you can also complain to your local data protection authority; in Switzerland, to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
If this site ever starts doing more than described here, this page changes first. Version: October 2026.
